It is the complete user experience on your website. It includes warm welcoming graphics, valuable information, simple intuitive navigation, easy search features. If you are selling products, it includes the layout of your store, great product photos and an easy return policy.
Familiar brand names create positive emotional responses in the brain such as safety, security, comfort and happiness. It has long been said that people shop logically, but they buy emotionally. That is why imagery, colors, shapes are great influencers.
