Our SEO Process Overview

The Search Engine Optimization process has become much more then adding a few keywords into Meta tags to get top rankings on the search engines. We concentrate on optimizing your home page and two additional pages. Search Engine Optimization involves what are called on-page and off-page factors. This is a very time consuming process and we end up developing custom strategies according to your website, industry and your business goals. Our SEO process continues to change and is updated regularly to maximize our SEO results.

Our first step is to understand your business, your products and services and what it is that makes your business different then your competitors. We then research keyword phrases that you suggest, those that your competition are using and phrases that are suggested by our search phrase Thesaurus. We analyze visitor traffic, competing websites and recommend phrases that will give you interested visitors to your site. We then work with you, our client, to get agreement on the best phrases for your website. A keyword plan is developed for each of the pages being optimized.

Each optimized page should have 400-600 words of body text for the best results. If additional text is required, then we work with you to get this text. Clients must approve web page text for accuracy.

From here we debug and fix structural problems. This includes HTML errors, broken links, page naming, file structure, META tags and slow page loads. We then validate using the W3C Validator. Each of the pages being optimized is analyzed and optimized for the keyword phrases.

We create an XML sitemap and add Google Analytics.

We then look at the off-page factors which includes link popularity and other factors. We use inbound linking methods producing quality one way relevant links to your website. We use quality blogs and social media to obtain these links.

We offer 3 page, 5 page and 10 page optimization packages that we customize to your business website requirements. We provide weekly ranking updates for you to be able to watch our progress and improvements
